Cancellations incur a $39.00 service charge. After January 31, 2016 cancellations are not accepted and items cannot be refunded. This is a firm policy, based on organizational needs to commit to per-person costs in planning, funding and coordinating the conference. Those visiting from countries outside the U.S. are strongly advised to research their visa application needs and related timing, <em>prior to<\/em> committing to pay registration and reserve their attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Guest rooms have been reserved the conference host hotel at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando East.
