He is currently a PhD Candidate in strategic communication at the University of Central Florida (UCF). His research focuses on risk and crisis communication in health and organizational settings. He also holds a M.A. in Communication from UCF, a bachelor\u2019s degree in Communication\/Advertising from Universidade Estacio de Sa &#8211; Brazil, an MBA from IBMEC -Brazil, and executive\/leadership certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
