Biography

A 50-year news media and PR veteran, Bruce Hicks is a nationally recognized expert in crisis management with experience in physical crises (airline crashes, terrorist attacks, office building fires), as well as issues management in areas including labor negotiations, strikes, government investigations, union organizing and more. His crisis work also includes developing crisis and emergency operating plans for clients. He has directed or supported communications during six major fatal airline accidents.
