Biography

Rifka Sibarani is a Ph.D. candidate at the College of Education, Charles Darwin University.  Her Ph.D. research project focuses on exploring the social effects of the ubiquitous use of social media on community disaster preparedness. This includes researching the impacts of social media on emergency communication.
