The value of an information resource is measured largely by the validity, utility and usefulness of the information available. One goal of the Center for Crisis Communication is to disseminate reliable and valid research findings which are of practical application to “real world” challenges for effective crisis communication. These include emerging best practices such as the annual International Crisis and Risk Communication Conference in Orlando, Florida.
