Registration fees for the conference include admission to all conference sessions and lunch on conference days, welcome reception and any other networking events.

Registrations must be paid in U.S. funds. Cancellations incur a $39.00 service charge. After January 31, 2016 cancellations are not accepted and items cannot be refunded. This is a firm policy, based on organizational needs to commit to per-person costs in planning, funding and coordinating the conference. Those visiting from countries outside the U.S. are strongly advised to research their visa application needs and related timing, prior to committing to pay registration and reserve their attendance.
