Getting to Orlando
Flights
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) are the closest major airports to the conference venue. Driving time from both airports to the conference hotel is approximately 30 minutes.
Ground Travel
Taxi service is available from level 1 of the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Taxi to the conference hotel will cost approximately $50.
Taxi service from the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) to the conference hotel will cost approximately $44.
Uber and Lyft are other options for traveling to and from the airports.

Conference Attire and Climate
The suggested dress code for the conference sessions is business casual, which could include a jacket or a sweater. Orlando’s average daytime temperature in March is 77°F (24°C), but please note that temperatures in the meeting rooms can fluctuate.
We encourage you as a speaker to follow these guidelines:
• Civilian: Business Casual: Button-down shirt with business pants/skirt, business suit with tie, or shirt and tie. Jackets are not required.
