Prior to coming to the SNSPA, I worked as a PR specialist in communication agencies and corporations, where I managed PR campaigns and crisis response. For 10 years, I have been teaching to BA and MA students crisis communication and image analysis and I set up the first crisis simulation sessions in the communication program at SNSPA. My research interests include crisis in social media and digital environments and brand identity.

The presentation focuses on the influence that social media has on the onset of new types of problems that may impact brands and aims to discuss the need for developing a framework for spotting events that lead to crisis.
