Dr. Eyun-Jung Ki is a Professor in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Alabama, President of Korean American Communication Association (KACA) and Vice President of Asian Pacific Communication Alliance (APCA). She is Plank Scholar and Plank Fellow at the Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations. Her expertise areas revolve around

The effectiveness of crisis response strategies on stock performance

We examined how crisis response strategies affect stock prices. Analyzing 212 crises cases occurred since 2010 and the organizational crisis responses, we identified a significant effect of crisis responses on stock performance that includes stock prices and trading volumes.
