JJ McIntyre is an Associate Professor at the University of Central Arkansas where he teaches and researches risk and crisis communication. He earned a Ph.D. from North Dakota State University, a M.S. from South Dakota State University, and a B.A. from Hastings College. Dr. McIntyre is an internationally published author and has consulted for government agencies, institutions of higher-education, and industry.
