Carrisa Baker, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida at UCF Rosen College.  

Michael G. Strawser, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Communication at the University of Central Florida in the Nicholson School of Communication and Media.  

Elisabet Nilsson, PhD, Senior Lecturer in Interaction Design at K3, Malmö University. Her design research focuses on prototyping alternative futures and methods for promoting dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.  

Jörgen Lundälv is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Work, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His research interests include social policies for disabled people, processes of social exclusion, accessibility, patient involvement and inclusive research.  

Magnus Eriksson is a senior researcher at RISE, Research Institute of Sweden. He is also a PhD candidate at the Sociology of Law department at Lund University.  

Dr. Pressgrove is an associate professor in the Reed College of Media at West Virginia University. Her research explores stakeholder engagement primarily in the nonprofit and community contexts.  

Dr. Totzkay is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication Studies at West Virginia University. His research focuses on health communication, risk perception, and social influence.  

Dr. Fraustino is an assistant professor and director of the Public Interest Communication Research Laboratory at West Virginia University. She studies crisis, risk, and disaster communication science and ethics. Breakout Session 2: March 8, 1:15-2:30 PM Give care a shot: Case study of COVID-19 vaccine communication in rural Appalachia.

Dr. Jin conducts research on crisis management and risk communication. She has authored more than 90 journal articles and 20 book chapters and edited three books. She is a member of Arthur W. Page Society and received the 2019 Kitty O. Locker Outstanding Researcher Award from Association for Business Communication.

Yen-I Lee, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Communication at Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University.
