Dr. Chih received his doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Health Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Health Sciences at the University of Kentucky. He studies how information and communication technology helps patients and their family caregivers. He is interested in developing and implementing interventions that enable patients and their families to play a central role in the management and improvement of the patient’s health.
