Is this year’s conference virtual?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and safety restrictions, the 11th ICRCC will take place virtually. All panels and poster presentations will be held through an event platform called Whova.

I’m confused, is the conference prerecorded?

The conference is happening live between March 8-10, 2021! All presentations will be happening live. Please refer to our agenda on our website to know when each presentation and award ceremony is taking place.

 

How do I access Whova?

After registering for the conference, you will get a confirmation email from Eventbrite and a set-up email from Whova. You will need to set up your account — and Voila! You’re set to go!
