Jordan’s son picks UCF

Marcus Jordan, a 6 foot 3 and 180 pound senior guard at Chicago Whitney Young, decision came Monday, when he announced that he will be playing basketball at the University of Central Florida next season. He made up him mind after visiting the Orlando Florida campus last week. The same day his Chicago Bull’s six time champion father was elected into the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Whitney Youngs coach Tyrone Slaughter says that Marcus Jordan was looking for a place he could play, has an impact and feel comfortable on campus. Last month, Marcus scored a game high 19 points to lead Whitney Young to 69 – 66 victory over Waukegan in the Illinois Class 4A championship.
