Biography
William Nowling is a Phd candidate at Wayne State. He has significant experience as a strategic communication professional with more than 25 years experience helping people and organizations understand and navigate change and crisis. His article, Sensemaking and crisis revisited: the failure of sensemaking during the Flint water crisis was recently published in the Journal of Applied Communication Research.
