UCF’s Day of Giving is almost here, a time to bounce, stomp, splash and cheer! It’s an annual event that encourages alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, fans and friends to donate to UCF and help us continue unleashing the potential of people and ideas to positively change the world.

This year Day of Giving is taking place April 11. During this 24 hour celebration of the Knight Nation, you can give a gift to your favorite college or unit within the University. Every gift, no matter the size, helps push the potential of the Knight Nation.

Starting at 7 am you can also participate in UCF’s Day of Giving social media challenges! These challenges will change every hour and encourage Knights to share the different things they love about UCF. A winner for each challenge will be announced at the end of each hour, with the prize being a bonus for the winner’s favorite eligible fund.

The challenges to look forward to are:

  • Throwback Photo – Share a throwback photo of your time at UCF.
  • Emojis – Describe what you love about UCF using emojis. Tell us what you love about Knight Nation.
  • UCF MVP – Share a photo of your UCF MVP and tell us why this Knight ranks at the top of your list.
  • Campus Views – Post a photo of your favorite UCF spot.
  • Knight Nation at Work – Show us how you represent Knight Nation at work! Post a photo of your office or workstation.
  • #SpaceU – Post a photo or video that shows how you celebrate #SpaceU.
  • UCF Squad Photo – Post a photo of your UCF squad.
  • Spirit Splash – Post a Spirit Splash photo or video, including pictures of your duck collection!
  • Graduation – Share your most memorable graduation photos or videos.

  • UCF Mascot Photo – Post a photo with your favorite UCF mascot.
  • UCF Crew Photo – Post a photo of your UCF crew and tag them.
