I have over 15 years of experience in revenue-generating roles and 12 years in the subscription industry. During this time, I have specialized in acquisition and revenue operations management. My focus has been driving first-party data collection, increasing conversion rates across acquisition channels, optimizing spending, reducing churn, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

I am a leader in the subscription and media industry, with each of my companies experiencing significant growth under my management. I have established foundational structures for new and old subscription businesses and modernized outdated vendor and technology stacks to enhance performance across all operations. My focus has been on finding solutions to improve revenue and identify efficiencies that can be applied across all business units. I’ve discovered that siloed organizational structures lead to inefficient work and creating those improved work patterns will lead to improved customer experience and higher acquisition.
