Conway holds a master’s degree in communication studies from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, with a concentration in organizational and professional communication development. Much of his past work has focused on communication in a team environment and the speech and debate community, therefore, most of his teaching will be focused around organizational communication.
He competed in forensics (competitive speech and debate) at Eastern Michigan University and coached at both EMU and Ball State. He joined the staff at UCF as the Interim Director of Forensics and is looking forward to growing the team into a national force. He commits most of his spare time to forensics but also enjoys golfing and writing fantasy/science fiction stories.
